1. Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group (DTG) Introduction
Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group is a subsidiary of Zhongkun Investment Group, which is one of China's
fastest growing resort property groups. Zhongkun has numerous vacation attractions, resort hotels and
resort resources in China, the United States, Iceland, and other countries. In 2010, those places attracted
more than 3 million visitors, and ticket sale was over 100 million RMB (more than 16 million US dollars).
Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group's strategic objective is to build a world-class international vacation
club resort company in the next 10 years. The company will have 20,000 quality resort rooms,
hires more than 20,000 employees. It will have 100 top private members, 1,000 large enterprise
customers, 10,000 high end customers, and 300,000 Vacation Club Members. It¡¯s business would
cover travel, meditation, art trips, adventure, and cultural experience in China, the United States
and northern Europe. DTG is seeking well qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
2. Job position
2.1 President of Zhongkun Hotel Management Group
Report to: President of DTG
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall business strategic plan of DTG hotels and resorts.
- To supervise daily work and review the performance of all operating departments(P&L)of the Zhongkun Hotel Management Group.
- To prompt the value of Zhongkun Hotel Management Group and to insure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the team development and management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Senior management experience in top overseas hotel and resort is a must.
- 20 years of successful experience in international hotel and resort business, experience in Asia/China is preferred.
- Must recognize Zhongkun¡¯s corporation culture. Must have strong leadership; must be a good teamworker.
- bachelor¡¯s degree is required. MBA degree is preferred.
2.2 Human Resources Director of Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group (DTG)
Report to: President of DTG
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily work and ensures the efficient administration
and management of all human resources functions.
- In charge of routine management of human resources.
- In charge of team management of Human Resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have director-level HR experience from top overseas hotels and resorts Zhongkun.
- 10 years of international hotel and resort business successful experience, Asia / China's successful experience is preferred.
- Recognize Zhongkun¡¯s company culture. Must have strong leadership; must be a good team worker.
- bachelor¡¯s degree is required. MBA degree is preferred.
2.3 Marketing Director of Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group (DTG)
Report to: President of DTG
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall business strategic plan of DTG hotels and resorts,Prompt the brand value of Zhongkun Hotel Management Group.
- Develop and conduct the DTG's business marketing strategy, planning and implementation.
- Supervise all marketing activities to achieve marketing objectives.
- Marketing, team management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Candidates must have an established background in Hotel / Hospitality Sales & Marketing
and Revenue Management in top overseas hotels and resorts.
- 10 years of international hotel and resort business successful experience, Asia / China's experience is preferred.

- a bachelor¡¯s degree is required. MBA degree preferred.
2.4 Network Director of Zhongkun Destination Tourism Group (DTG)
Report to: President of DTG
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the network development strategies and plans of DTG.
- Responsible for the daily management of DTG¡¯s network.
- Responsible for the implementation of network marketing objectives.
- Network team management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Candidates must have an established background in Network Management in top overseas hotels and resorts.
- 10 years of international hotel and resort network management experience, Asia / China's successful experience is preferred.
- Recognition in the Zhongkun Culture, with leadership and teamwork.
- bachelor¡¯s degree is required. Master degree is preferred.
